R.H. Cochran and Associates, Inc. has been in business since 1963. Our founder, Robert H. Cochran, helped institute many of the practices, procedures, and standards used today in the test and balance industry.
We have been a member of the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) since it began in 1965. We currently have two certified test and balance engineers (TBEs) on staff with a combined 60 years of field experience.
R.H. Cochran's mission, as a professional 3rd party reporting agency, is to provide dedicated workmanship, required documentation, and proper balance to today's complex mechanical systems.
We have been serving Ohio and the surrounding area for more than five decades providing professional, competent and experienced personnel to this industry.
We believe in working closely with building owners and installing contractors to achieve design performance envisioned by the designer. Without proper testing and balancing, an environmental system rarely meets all the performance functions required for a proper, comfortable, healthy building environment.
